assist you. We provide daily, weekly, and monthly rentals of PC
and Apple Laptop Computers, LCD and Plasma Monitors, Laser Printers,
Copiers, Fax Machines, LCD Projectors, and Other Audio Visual
Equipment. Network installations involving all current Microsoft
and Apple Operating Systems are available. Equipment rentals
within our local areas are delivered, setup, and retrieved in a
professional and timely manner by qualified technicians.

Delivery Information:
|
|
|
You or a representative from your company must be on-hand to
sign for delivery of rental equipment. Repeat deliveries and/or pick-ups are subject to
an additional charge. Freight charges include: delivery, basic installation, and
pick-up to and from your office, hotel room, or
booth unless equipment is shipped through FedEx, UPS, or other
carrier. Note: Some venues may charge drayage and/or union
fees for which you will be responsible.

Cancellation
Policy:
|
|
|
Once your order has been confirmed, cancellation must be received at
least three business days prior to scheduled delivery date to
avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours
prior to delivery date will be assessed a minimum fee of 25% of
invoice total. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled
delivery, at the time of delivery, or after delivery has
taken place, will be charged invoice total.
